Petrus - Profile
Mr. Petrus lived as a tenant in the building, but his behavior revealed a calculated predator. He often returned from work bearing small gifts — fruits and drinks — which he gave to female tenants. I noticed that the women who accepted his gifts were the same ones I later saw him leaving their rooms. When I tried to warn one tenant, she did not understand, so I stepped back.
Mr. Petrus often pretended to be gardening outside my porch, especially when he knew I had been drugged by chemicals. While I was unconscious, he would climb over my porch and rape me. He repeated this pattern outside another woman’s apartment, hiding his predatory intent behind the pretence of gardening. Though he acts slow, he is in fact deliberate and cunning — a calculating predator who studies his surroundings and targets with intent.

Profile - Irvin Harris
Mr. Harris was the Maintenance Supervisor, also employed by the church as a steward. His role was one of trust — to protect and maintain the property and to support the well-being of residents. Instead, he used his position as cover to gain access and commit acts of sexual assault.
Among the three men, Mr. Harris is the most deceptive. He presents himself as attentive and helpful, earning trust through a false front. Behind that mask, he violated me repeatedly, including joining in gang rapes with Mr. Williams and Mr. Petrus. His deception deepened the betrayal, because he knew exactly what he was doing under the guise of kindness.

Profile - Ian Williams
Profile: Ian Williams – Housing Site Manager
Mr. Williams was entrusted with authority as the Housing Site Manager. He held the keys to the apartments and carried influence over the tenants. As a steward employed by a church, he had a duty of care and protection. Instead, he violated that trust in the worst possible way. He used his authority to abuse, putting me to sleep and raping me continually. On multiple occasions, he joined with others in gang rapes, including Mr. Harris and Mr. Petrus.
I doubt that I am the only tenant he has assaulted. What makes me different is that I am aware of the pattern and willing to speak it aloud. His actions were not those of a caretaker, but of a predator hiding under the cover of responsibility.
I ask for courage where there has been fear, clarity where there has been confusion, and rest where there has been unrest. Teach me to be still and know that You are God. Help me to trust that justice is Yours, and that my life is safely hidden in Your hands.
